The company could improve customer service by providing better shipping information and options. The estimated delivery range was too broad and only manifested for certain ZIP codes. We chose not to order additional products near Christmas because we were unsure if the gifts would arrive before 12/25. It would be helpful to offer an expedited shipping option. Paying $9.00 for standard USPS delivery that takes up to seven working days to arrive is less than ideal.
