Chile Canario Jelly is a mixture of fresh chile canario and bell peppers grown in the Mixtexa region of Oaxaca. The two peppers are simmered in apple cider vinegar and sugar to make a rich, hot and sweet combination.
Delicious eaten with bread, crackers and cheeses or used in dressings, sauces and marinades.
