A: Artelexia ships all merchandise within the 48 contiguous states via the US Postal Service and UPS.

A: If you need an order shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally, please contact us at: info@artelexia.com . We will provide you with a shipping quote based on your order.
Q: How long does it take to process an order?
A: Your purchases are always packaged and shipped within 48 hours of payment confirmation (except on Sundays or Holidays when the US Post Office is closed).
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Shipping can take 3-7 business days depending on the size and weight of the items. Once the order has shipped, Artelexia will send you a confirmation email letting you know that your order is on its way along with an estimated time of arrival.
Q: Are returns allowed?
A: Returns will be accepted within 30 days of your issued receipt for store credit or exchange only. Please note that all sale items are final. All items coming back to Artelexia must be returned in their original and unused condition and in their original packaging. Please make sure all items are well packed. Shipping costs are non-refundable and all return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

A: Please inspect your purchase as soon as it arrives. Damage claims must be made within 48 hours of the package arrival. Claims cannot be made after 48 hours. If you have received an item that is damaged or defective, contact us immediately for a return authorization #.
