Shipping

Artelexia ships all merchandise within the 48 contiguous states via the US Postal Service and UPS. Your purchases are always packaged and shipped within 48 hours of payment confirmation (except on Sundays or Holidays when the US Post Office is closed).  Shipping can take 4-9 business days depending on the size and weight of the items.  Once the order has shipped, Artelexia will send you a confirmation email letting you know your order is on its way and an estimated time of arrival. If you do not receive an email within 72 hours of your purchase, please email us.

We guarantee 100% customer satisfaction.  If you are unsatisfied with your purchase please email us immediately so that we may work with you to have the issue resolved.  Artelexia gladly accepts returns of within 30 days of purchase.  Refunds must be accompanied by the original receipt and will be made in the form of the original payment.  Please note that all sale items are final. All items coming back to Artelexia must be returned in their original and unused condition and in their original packaging.  Please make sure all items are well packed.  Shipping costs are non-refundable and all return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages

Please inspect your purchase as soon as it arrives. Damage claims must be made within 72 hours of the package arrival.  If you have received an item that is damaged or defective, contact us immediately. Please include your purchase order # and contact information. 

Return Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable and all return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
